Online Exam on EvolvU during times of COVID-19

An exam is a formal test to check the Proficiency / ability / expertness about the Child. Through exam we come to know how much did the student learn about the particular subject Exam can be brief, as a product given to you and later ask questions on it to measure the knowledge and understanding.

Many things may be examined but the word ‘exam’ is most often used for assessment of a student. Exam measures knowledge, skill, aptitude, fitness and can also lead to a solution of a problem for example, someone who is sick needs to go to doctor for a medical examination or if the bike does not work as expected or any crackling sound comes it is usually examined by the mechanic.

Now in the context of School Students appearing for exams, the most interesting part about our EvolvU Online Exam app is that we have kept the option of both ‘pen and paper’ as well we have Objective (MCQ) and Subjective version of question paper. Multiple choice or objective choice questions are formed for an objective assessment of the Student, in which the individual has to select appropriate option from the choices offered.

Using the Teacher Control Panel, through this process of examination, the teacher can pay personal attention to each and every child and also can monitor particular student’s time calculation on each question, ability to understand the questions given below and how much time does the student take to answer the question.

Subjective type questions are open-ended questions, where the student has to explain their answer in a brief manner. These type of questions require the respondent to write the Answer in essay type; provide definitions, scenarios and other options in plain text.
